+ How long does delivery take?

Every customer requirement is unique. Depending on the complexity and volume of your project, the approximate delivery time from signing the contract is 12 - 16 weeks for the first project and 8 - 12 weeks for subsequent projects.

+ Where can you purchase the kyuno system?

Where can you purchase the kyuno system? kyuno is sold exclusively through direct sales or authorised dealers and planners. Depending on your request, we either handle project enquiries in-house or pass them on to our network.

+ Who installs the kyuno modules?

The kyuno wall and room system is installed exclusively by our installation team or by authorised specialist companies that have received training from us.

+ Which profile depth is best for my project?

The right profile depth depends on the particular project requirements and envisaged application.

+ What cover options are available?

Depending on the intended use, we can use fire safety tested materials or weatherproof outdoor fabrics. If you let us know more about your project, we can recommend a selection from our range of fabrics and colours and provide samples on request.

+ What functions do the wall modules offer?

Depending on the requirements and envisaged application, kyuno wall modules can feature a number of different functions. The modules may be purely decorative or have a heat-insulating or soundproofing function. Pre-installations, cables or pipes can also be covered for aesthetic reasons. If required, the modules can also be electrified at any point by integrating sockets, lights or similar fittings.

+ Can the kyuno system also be used in residential areas?

Kyuno is exclusively marketed in the commercial sector and specialises in applications for commercial spaces. Only authorised specialist companies are permitted to install the kyuno system – regardless of whether it is intended for private or commercial spaces.
